Tondo is famous for Divisoria Market (middle) and Tutuban CenterMall in Tondo (extremes) - both markets are famed for the display of small shops sprawling a large street featuring inexpensive items. Although shopping in the streets is truly an experience one should encounter, be cautious of your belongings because theft is rampant in these areas. The Tutuban Center Mall, however, is a shopper's relief - a huge train station turned into a department store, the mall offers almost everything you find in Divisoria at almost the same prices. Traffic may be a problem especially when shopping is at a rush but parking won't be a problem since the mall has large and strategical parking spaces.

Tondo is a rich collection of small to large business enterprises that are scattered all over the district. Shopping is not a problem because most of the Wet and Dry Markets have inexpensive display goods due to its proximity to the Manila Pier.
